The legacy
Mirza Qaisar Bakht begins his legal career: the first chapter of a lifetime spent where law and commerce meet.
From 1976 to 1998, he works within the banking sector, mastering finance and corporate management from the inside. A rare vantage point for a lawyer.
He unites both strengths in a single firm: legal insight and financial acumen under one roof. GLCC becomes a trusted advisor in corporate law, taxation, banking and litigation.
Azeem-ul-Quder, Advocate Supreme Court and MBA in Banking & Finance, takes the helm as CEO, expanding GLCC's corporate, civil and tax practices for a global clientele.

Nearly four decades of legal and financial expertise. He began his legal career in 1971 and spent over twenty years in the banking sector before establishing GLCC in 1998 as a premier one-stop firm. Under his leadership, GLCC has excelled in corporate law, taxation, banking and litigation, blending legal insight with financial strategy for clients who need both at once.

Over thirty years of leadership in corporate affairs, finance and law. An alumnus of the University of the Punjab (B.A. Economics, LL.B) with an MBA in Banking & Finance, Chartered Accountancy training, and IT certifications from ICAP and the British Computer Society (UK). Senior roles at Saeed Kamran Patel & Co., China International Water & Electric Corporation and Jubilee General Insurance preceded his stewardship of GLCC since 2016. He is an adjunct lecturer in corporate law and a member of the Islamabad Bar Council and Rotary International.
